Custom work is made to order
Transfers, stickers, and UV graphics are printed to your file. We cannot restock a custom print, so completed orders are not returnable or refundable except where the lab made an error.
If we got it wrong
If the finished piece does not match the approved file, size, or process you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and the order number. We will reprint or credit the affected piece.
If the file or press was the issue
Low-resolution art, missing bleed, color-mode surprises, or press settings outside the published chart are not reprint defects. We will still help you correct the next run.
Samples
Sample packs are refundable only if they arrive damaged in transit and you send photos within 48 hours.
