Turnaround
Most transfer orders move through the lab in 10–14 business days after artwork is approved. Rush production is available when the queue allows — request it on the order form. It is not always available, please plan accordingly.
Business days exclude weekends and observed US holidays. Orders placed after the daily cutoff are dated the next business day.
Shipping
We ship finished transfers across the United States. Carrier and rate are provided at quoting custom projects.
- Standard: typically 2–4 days in transit after the order leaves the lab
- Expedited: available at checkout when offered by the carrier
- Local pickup: available if enabled in your account area
We are not responsible for carrier delays after the package is scanned. Tracking is provided when the label is created and order is sent to carrier.
International
International shipping is quoted case by case. Duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
