Orders
A project is accepted when payment is captured and artwork is cleared. We may refuse files that are illegal, infringing, or technically unprintable.
Artwork rights
You represent that you own or are licensed to reproduce every file you upload. You keep your copyright. We keep the right to use anonymized process photos unless you ask us not to.
Color and texture
Screens lie. 3D DTF height, gloss, and color can shift by substrate, press, and lighting. Order a sample pack before a large drop if color-critical matching matters.
Limitation
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We do not cover lost merch sales, rush event dates, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the lab operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
